With the level prototype ready, the next step was to move on to the environment design. It is a crucial part of the project - the atmosphere I will design will be a crucial part of conveying the horror atmosphere of the game.
Level design is highly reliant on conveying the visual information - it is the most important part of the arsenal which the designer has to choose from. Another, almost as important, tool of the design are sound effects used within the level.  With the Maze level design, I decided to focus mostly on these aspects:

-The structure itself: its layout, height, size, its textures,
-the weather: the sky, the weather effects,
-the surroundings: landscape, the Maze setting,
-various props located in the level.
